The Free Trade Zones (Declared Areas) (Amendment) Notification 2012 which was published on 1 June 2012, came into operation on 4 June 2012.

The First  Schedule to the Free Trade  Zones (Declared Areas) Notification (N 3) is amended by deleting item (10) and substituting it with one that refers to the “Airport  Logistics Park of Singapore”. The specifics of the designated area is found in the Notification.

The areas set out in the First Schedule are free trade zones.
