Fees (Property Tax) (Amendment) Order 2012 and comes into operation on 1 April

The Schedule to the Fees (Property Tax) Order (O 34) is amended by way of this Order:

  • The property tax fees is removed in relation to each warrant of attachment issued under section 39(1) of the Property Tax Act (item 6), and
  • The fee of $15 is revised to $16.50 for each document search (item 7(a)).
