The Goods and Services Tax Voucher Fund Act 2012, published on 21 January 2013, was passed by Parliament on 14 November 2012 and assented to by the President on 5 December 2012.
The effective dates of the provisions will be specified by the Minister by way of Notification in the Gazette.
