The Customs (Authorised Piers and Places) Regulations 2011, published on 28 December 2011, came into operation on 1 January 2012.
The above Regulations prescribe:
- Authorised piers and places
- Conditions for operators of authorised piers and places
- Conditions in relation to dutiable goods for export
- Exception for export of petroleum.
