First published in the Government Gazette, Electronic Edition, on 24 June 2013, the Income Tax (Approved Banks) (No. 2) Order 2013 shall be deemed to have come into operation on 3 June 2013.
Nordea Bank S.A. Singapore Branch is hereby approved as an “approved bank” for the purposes of section 13(1)(t) of the Act.

The Income Tax (Approved Banks) Order 2013 was published on 19 February 2013 and is deemed to have come into operation on 30 November 2012.
In this Order, Bank of Montreal Singapore Branch is approved as an ‘‘approved bank’’ for the purposes of section 13(1)(t) of the Income Tax Act.

The Income Tax (Approved Banks)(Consolidation) Order(O 32) is amended by deleting item (90)(b) relating to CBA Asia Limited.

The Income Tax (Approved Banks) (Consolidation) Order (O32) is amended by deleting item (34) relating to “Bank of New Zealand”.

Income Tax (Approved Banks) (Consolidation) (Amendment No. 5) Order 2012 was published on 12 September 2012 and is deemed to have come into operation on 31 August 2012.
The Income Tax (Approved Banks) (Consolidation) Order (O 32) is amended by deleting the words ‘‘Bank Sarasin-Rabo (Asia) Limited’’ in item (62) and substituting the words ‘‘Bank Sarasin (Asia) Limited’’
