IRAS issues GST Guide, “Do I need to register” (3rd Edition)

On 15 September 2015, the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS) issued the third edition of the e-Tax Guide, “GST: Do I need to register”.

The e-Tax Guide explains the GST rules on registration for GST in Singapore. It contains essential information on when to register for GST, whether to register for GST on a voluntary basis and procedures for registration.

In this edition published on 15 September 2015, revisions were made to paragraph 9 on voluntary registration and paragraph 10 on registration procedures.
