Economic Expansion Incentives (Relief from Income Tax) (Amendment No. 2) Bill [No 39/2012] introduced in Parliament

The Economic Expansion Incentives (Relief from Income Tax) (Amendment No. 2) Bill was introduced in Parliament on 12 November 2012. This Bill seeks to implement the tax changes relating to the integrated investment allowance announced in the 2012 Budget Statement, to make certain other amendments to the Economic Expansion Incentives (Relief from Income Tax) Act (Cap 86) and to make related and consequential amendments to the Income Tax Act (Cap 134).
