Income Tax (Approved Banks) Order 2012 comes into operation on 13 February 2012

First published in the electronic Government Gazette on 12 March 2012, the Income Tax (Approved Banks) Order 2012 has come into operation on 13 February 2012.

The Order states Bank Morgan Stanley AG as an ‘‘approved bank’’ under section 13(1)(t) of the Income Tax Act.
