Income Tax (Approved Banks) (No. 2) Order 2012, published on 12 March 2012, is deemed to have come into operation on 20 February 2012.

In this Order, Banco Santander, S.A. is hereby approved as an ‘‘approved bank’’ for the purposes of section 13(1)(t) of the Income Tax Act.
