Customs (Authorised Piers and Places) Regulations 2011 come into operation on 1 January 2012

The Customs (Authorised Piers and Places) Regulations 2011, published on 28 December 2011, came into operation on 1 January 2012.

The above Regulations prescribe:

  • Authorised piers and places
  • Conditions for operators of authorised piers and places
  • Conditions in relation to dutiable goods for export
  • Exception for export of petroleum.
