Income Tax (Amendment) Act 2011 passed by Parliament

The Income Tax (Amendment) Act 2011, published on 20 December 2011, amends the Income Tax Act (Chapter 134 of the 2008 Revised Edition) and  makes  consequential amendments to the Economic Expansion Incentives (Relief from Income Tax) Act (Chapter 86 of the 2005 Revised Edition). It was passed by Parliament on 22 November 2011 and assented to by the President on 8 December 2011.
