By virtue of the Income Tax Approved Banks (No 4) Order 2011, UBS Principal Capital Asia Ltd is approved as an ‘‘approved bank’’ for the purposes of section 13(1)(t) of the Act.

This Order is deemed to have come into operation on 30 June 2011.
